Due to the fact that the high school will not allow winter stickwork workouts anymore, the SPF Youth Lacrosse Club is offering 6 hours of workouts led by Tyler Haack at Inman Sports Complex.  The total cost is $100 for 6 sessions (0r $180 if you have two registrants). Dates and times are below.
